A wise leader will always have good intentions for his or her people. To be a wise leader, one thing is key, you must be prepare to serve your people not your people serving you. In the case of a first class Chief like that of Tor Tiv, it is expected he or she should always and at all time play central roles that will unit the people. As a first class Chief, u r the chief custodian of the Tiv culture and because the governor is a political office and tenure Tor Tiv is a permanent and a life time office. It is true, the governors has powers in a State but we have to understand that, office like that of Tor Tiv is selected strictly on traditional demands and merits not on political grounds that is why Tor Tiv must know that the office must be put far away from politics. Tor Tiv office must operate an open door policy and must be made to play the traditional roles as ought to be. Tor Tiv must STOP and never to participate in political rallies or Tor Tiv does not need to go to government house or presidential villa. As Tor Tiv you should know that going to welcome a governor at the tour gate or airport or any one in authority is eye service and shame to the highest traditional office in the Tiv land. My advice to Tor Tiv the 5th is that, as Tor Tiv he should bring back the old glory of the Tor Tiv and Honor so that Tiv Nation will once more gain its past glory of "UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL".
