WHICH WAY NIGERIA!

The ongoing killing by suspected Fulani Herders in the Benue region and the conspiracy in federal government attitude towards the crisis is a big question itching everyone lips. It was the Niger Delta and the federal government did not delay to respond, when it was also the IPOD the federal government did not again delay to respond, the question is, "were do we go from here?" this question is the only question that may keep coming to minds of helpless situations like that of Benue State. Buhari was said to be the peoples president but the level of appointments and responses to national security shows that this government of Buhari is one without directions and without the rule of law, going by the assessments in his first term in office. Were do we go from here should be question to asked always and to summed with the current trends in Nigeria whether the state of things remain the same or not and or we are yet thinking the right direction. Last time some few but powerful men in political corridors who felt they have arrived foiled a failed project in form of gold and gave to Nigerians and over years Nigeria continued to swim in poverty with high rate of unemployment. Were do we go from here is looking at which way out and how soon and possible it is expected Nigeria to come out of this deep and highly corrupted government that do not care for the lives of individuals rather than that of Fulani cows. It is painful but they say Truth is always bitter that means that, telling Buhari he has failed may be a thing not very many may not be willing to say. Nigeria is in the middle of ethnic and religious differences amongst other things. Now that it is clear Buhari value the lives of Fulani cows than human, it is then time that the Benue people do not see main stream politics as a saviour but also a barrier were anything can come to play. The 2019 general elections may be a wake up call to many political players and may go ahead to serve the people's decision by genuinely voting out the failures of president Buhari who him self has continued to keep political acrobatics around him and who can not as a father take a clear stand on the coordinated killings in Benue State as well as Nigeria at large. Nigerians must decide the way forward and the way out, this must come timely but not suggested by men who have always failed Nigeria like Olusegun Obasanjo and likes of IBB who have always play key roles in bringing on board weak leader in Nigeria with their failed projects. The way out is for Herders to go back to the bush and allow Farmers to go back to farms freely without any form of hate, political, ethnic or religious differences owing to the facts that every one has equal right to be protected under same law.
