BENUE GENOCIDE: A NEW DIMENSION: It is painful to say the crisis in Nigeria has taken a new dimension and this is not getting funny at all. It started like a play when the Jukum all over beginning from Taraba to Benue gang against their Tiv  neighbours after living in a united safety for more than decades, this fight was one fight that finally exposed the Tiv nation to cold war and mirage hate by their non Tiv brothers who during this crisis thought the Tiv nation was over considered over others. Years after the crisis the Tiv land came under attacks from within, it was internal crisis and all the Benue indigens soon became enemies were a Jukum man or Idoma or Igede and Etulo, Afia and other tribes appear to haave no confidence in one another. Because the division in Benue politics, ethnic and religion has further exposed the unity of the State, the old enemy who has been insider over years decided to take advantage over the present cold relationship of the tribes in Benue State. Now the Benue genocide has taken a new dimension were the Fulanis counting on their economic power and federal might have been waxing stronger by the day. It is quit confusing but we really need to understand that the dimension of killings in Benue State needs serious security checks were it seems the Fulanis are already using some Benue indigence who are or have been working for them years before now. It is very dificult the way and manner this operations are carried were by most of this killers are not from the communities were the killings normally take place yet they succeed in escaping without trace most times. Every genocide is never an accidental war it is always planned and it is something that may have been in the pipeline many years without been noticed. Two things have stood out very clear in the Benue, Taraba and some parts of Nasarawa killing, one of them is religious cold war and the other one is ethnic hate and marginalisation. Religion is one of the biggest problem in every multicultural society, religion has been the main vehicle used to convey crisis all over the world were by people feel it is normal with every decision taken by religious leaders. The other one is hate and marginalisation of smaller tribes in the third cultural force were the dominated Hausa/Fulani is considered above the minority Tiv and others yet all this class belongs to same region by every standard. The dimension in the higly coordinated killings in Benue, Taraba and some parts Nasarawa State will soon spread to other States just as was done to Kogi and Plateau. The latest dimention is that no State is safe incase any body feel he/she is safe its all lies, the daily and volume of killing has been stepped up in the few months and this is not a good situation for a young democracy to strive in any country. The recent killing of some catholic brothers with two clergy men was a clear massage that there is a big problem staring Nigeria in the face and as it is now no one can say "Nigeria is in SAKE hands" with the present Buhari leadership which can not arrest or chase law breakers under his nose.
