In a latest development following the case of an arrested Nigerian Prankster by the Police, the Magistrate's Court seating in Ibadan, Oyo State which is hearing the allegations made by the Nigeria Police against Nigerian based popular Prankster, Abdullahi Adisa also known as Trinity Guy has ordered that the suspect be remanded at the Federal Correctional Centre Agodi, Ibadan, Oyo State till next month for another date.
Trinity Guy was charged to court by the police for alleged sexual video of a minor in a 38 seconds viral video where he asked the female minor to describe his genitals.
Earlier, the suspect's lawyer Oludare Adebayo had pleaded with the court to release his client however, the magistrate Justice P.O Adetuyibi rejected his plea on the grounds that the case before the Court has been opened in the government Office which is looking at the justice system based in Oyo state regarding the suspect.
Similarly, the Court also ordered that the mother and father of the ten-year-old minor that appears in a viral video with the Nigerian Prankster Trinity Guy should be detained in Federal Correctional Centre, this was based on the information before the honourable Court that the Prankster earlier said that he had an agreement with the minor’s parent before shooting the skit and was granted permission.
