The Transport Officer, Benue State Internal Revenue Service, Abel Yanmar Ugbir on Saturday 29th July, 2023 retrieved eight (8)vehicles which where parked at various mechanic workshops.
These vehicles were tolled into the premises of the service headquarters. Most of these vehicles are in poor and rickety condition, worn out tyres, naked wheels and detached engines.
The chairman, Benue State Internal Revenue Service, Mr. Emmanuel Agema while inspecting and assessing the vehicles promised that, he will ensure that all the vehicles are repaired and put back on the road. He emphasized that revenue generation is centered on mobility. Therefore, for the service to generate more revenue for the state, these vehicles need to be in good working condition.
