The Executive Secretary, Benue State Emergency Management Agency (BSEMA), Sir. James Anodoakaa Iorpuu , appoints Face of Tiv International (FOTI) HRM Queen Daisy Hembadoon Terkaa and Cultural Heritage of Nigerian (CHN) HRM Queen Rita Mkar as BSEMA ambassadors.
Sir. James Iorpuu declared this yesterday Thursday, 20th July 2023, in his office at SEMA headquarter, Makurdi.
The ES described the appointments well deserving based on their track records of humanitarian services, particularly to the Internally Displaced Persons and Refugees.
The SEMA Boss charged the Queens to increase their activities at the IDP camps to give hope to the Persons of Concern.
He inforned them that at the moment, His Excellency Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormen Alia led administration through BSEMA has put in place an elaborate plan to return the IDPs to their ancestral homes.
Earlier, the Queens unanimously appreciated the SEMA boss for the warm welcome accorded to them and the huge opportunity to serve the state and the Persons of Concern in a humanitarian capacity.
The FOTI and CHN Queens assured the ES of their unflinching support and services to humanity as Ambassadors of BSEMA.
