Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Hon. Hyacinth Aondona Dajoh has today created a Scholarship Scheme for Gbemacha Students.
In a meeting with the student union groups in Makurdi, the Honourable Speaker announced the President, National Association of Mbatiav Students, President of the National Association of Mbatierev Students, as well as the President of Gbemacha Students as automatic members of the Committee, stressing the need for transparency and accountability.
The Speaker also announced that the Scholarship is yearly, adding that Students in the tertiary institution, final year secondary school students and JAMB prospects will all benefit from the scheme.
The Scholarship Committee will be inaugurated on Monday, 7th August, 2023.
