CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO PROF. JOSEPH UTSEV AS MINISTER OF WATER RESOURCES AND SANITATION.
I write this open letter for myself and on behalf of APC Eagle's wings to congratulate you on your appointment. It is with great joy that the president has found you fit and proper for this responsibility, we are gladdened in our hearts when Mr. President fingered you for the post, the fact that you have been an administrative genuis is not in doubt, having assessed your past experience and skills in various capacities, the task ahead of you in your new national assignment is enormous.
Nevertheless, your rich administrative skills you acquired overtime will have much bearing on the task ahead. Therefore, the generality of Nigerians have an irrevocable conviction that you are equal to the task.
On our part, APC Eagle's wings hereby pledge to render unalloyed support to your office in particular and to the APC led government in general in line with the Democratic setting.
