PROF. JOSEPH TERLUMUN UTSEV TAKES OVER OFFICIALLY AS THE HONOURABLE MINISTER FOR WATER RESOURCES AND SANITATION.

Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev FNSE, FNICE, FNIWE, FICEN,FIIA.

Yesterday along side with the Minister for State,

Barr. Bello Mohammed Goronyo takes over the Mantle of Leadership of the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation.

The Honourable Minister,Engr. Prof Utsev Received Handover notes from the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson @ The Headquarters of the Ministry in Abuja, Nigeria.

The Occasion was witness by The Amiable wife of the Honourable Minister,Mrs Rita Doosuur Utsev, Head of Departments of the Ministry, Managing Directors of River Basins,Head of Parasatals and Agencies under the Ministry,Staff and Members of the Press.

Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Asue came all away from Benue State. He Prayed for the Honourable Minister and his Wife, Blessed and anointed the office complex of the Honourable Minister to assume duty effectively and Make Nigerians proud.
