Benue criminal: Dr. Samuel Ortom

The APC Ortom led administration in Benue State has given many people hope that the past will not be experienced again since the past administrations activities were not in the good of the masses. Since take over of office barely 100 days in office Dr. Samuel Ortom has assured Benue people that every one who by any means has a weapon in his or her custody should hand them over that those who are ready to surrender their weapons will be pardoned by the present government. This is coming on the heels that in the past government members of the public were usually faced with attacks by thugs who were mainly known to be from political parties and boys of some of the leaders in the State. He is doing this to give all of them the opportunity to come out early before the government will go after them, he has promised to give the Benue people the best he can offer and will not be dithered by any opposition to ensuring the rule of law is strictly ad-held to. Every criminal in the State whether civil servants or politicians are given the same hand to desist from thinking it is going to be business as usual, he as well promised to curb all crises in the State by devising possible ways on the way forward towards the end of every community attack by suspected Fulani herdsmen. The government of Dr. Samuel Ortom is expecting cooperation from members of the public were expectations are high on him to turn the twisted hands of successes to the right direction to bring dividends of democracy to the people.
