Finally, the available Information at the tip of our fingers reviewed that, the former DCP Abba Kyari, who was suspended from Office by the National Police Commission (NPC) some times last year was today granted bail by the Federal High Court seating in Abuja but this was after he had already spent one year in detention at the Kuje National Correctional Centre Abuja.
DCP Abba Kyari, was highly respected and well recognised Police Officer who was known for hard work and results oriented. Abba Kyari was ordered to be suspension and put in detention following his alleged involvement in fraudulent activity within the Police and other related issues such as his involvement in drug related case and his relationship with the popular international fraudster Ramon Abbas popularly known as Hushpupp who is now jailed in the United States of America.
The Court's decision to grant bail to DCP Abba Kyari came after so many efforts by his Legal Teams and series of legal battles. Details of his bail conditions were not confirmed at the time of filling this report however, facts are expected to emerge soon.
