The man in the attached photo is number 7 on the list of Special Advisers designated for Governor Hyacinth Alia as Chief Hon. Joe Har, but his true identity is Joseph Terwase Har.
He is a Retired Sergeant of the Nigerian Army, a Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) and is allegedly designated by Governor Alia to serve him as Special Adviser on Security Matters.
Now, a significant job brief of the Security Adviser consists in interacting directly and on equal terms with heads of security agencies in the state, and liaising between them and the governor, as well sitting at the State Security Council meetings.
Those security heads are senior ranking (Red Neck) officers at the minimum rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and Governor Alia intends to bring an ex Sergeant, a bloody NCO, to come and sit at the table with them as equals?
Furthermore, there is a limit to the level of security operational nous an NCO may attain to which isn't at the level of the senior office cadre.
This will be a classical case of putting a round peg in a square hole should Governor Alia appoint the said Chief Joe Har as his Special Adviser on Security Matters.
